As with all Rapides this wagon is equipped with a towing pick-up positioned under the wagon. The 2.00 m wide trailing pick-up runs smoothly over bumps and deftly avoids obstacles, ensuring optimal ground contour following. Additionally, the star-shaped power rotor provides smoother crop processing, even in the toughest conditions, resulting in minimal power requirements and low fuel consumption. All of this is combined with the cutting quality that you can expect from Schuitemaker.
The Rapide 100 series is optionally equipped with the hydraulically movable Rapid Stream front panel, allowing the wagon to be adjusted to different harvesting positions during maize or grass harvests. Additionally, the Rapid Release system ensures that the wagon is emptied quickly and completely without residual crop columns. For maintenance and inspection, the wagon is also equipped with a door in the front panel.
The Schuitemaker DoubleTouch Control box has a sturdy joystick and user friendly interface through a 7'' touchscreen. This combination allows the driver to remain fully focused on their environment and loading process. The intelligent software of the DoubleTouch Control box also provides the opportunity to customise settings. Additionally, the control box is safeguarded against incorrect operation just in case.
The Rapide 100 series is available as a standard version with or without dosing rollers and with cross conveyor belt.
