The most expansive and comprehensive of its type in the market. The 1000 product range is aimed at the high volume user who needs to work efficiently, and effectively with maximum volumes at very high speeds. The Rapide loader wagons of the 1000 series are characterised by a high processing capacity and a large loading volume. As with all Rapides this wagon is equipped with a towing pick-up positioned under the wagon. The 2.20 m wide trailing pick-up runs smoothly over bumps and deftly avoids obstacles, ensuring optimal ground contour following. Additionally, the star-shaped power rotor provides smoother crop processing, even in the toughest conditions, resulting in minimal power requirements and low fuel consumption.
The Schuitemaker DoubleTouch Control box, has a sturdy joystick and user friendly interface through a 7'' touchscreen. This combination allows the driver to remain fully focused on their environment and loading process. The intelligent software of the DoubleTouch Control box also provides the opportunity to customise settings. Additionally, the control box is safeguarded against incorrect operation in case of user error.
The Rapid Stream and Rapid Release system are standard on the Rapide 1000 series. Thanks to a door in the front panel, the wagon is accessible for maintenance and inspection.
